Over the last couple of years, there have been many maintenance projects and improvements that manager Scott Kindred and the board have undertaken.
This has required many more than the 4 quarterly meetings that we have all been familiar with. It has also included many texts and emails and thus, a considerable amount of time.
In considering running for the board, it will be important to have the time available and to become familiar with the by-laws and declarations. These are the governing documents that must be adhered to in making all decisions for the homeowners and the complex.
If you are elected, it is important to remember that any decisions the board makes should reflect what benefits the owners, improves property values, and manages risks and costs.
